Terms of
service.

• ·You are 18 years or older.
• ·You will attend tables in a city where we run them — in India or in Singapore.
• ·In India, you can produce a valid government ID (PAN, Aadhaar, DL, or Passport). We do not ask members in Singapore for a government ID.
• ·You can pay a monthly subscription via Razorpay — in India by UPI AutoPay or card, in Singapore by card.

We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

• ·An invitation, sent every Wednesday at 4:22 PM local time (India Standard Time in India, Singapore time in Singapore), to a table that weekend: mixed tables on Sunday at 7 PM, women-only and OddFounder lunches on Sunday at 1 PM, and couples dinners on Saturday at 7 PM (India only), all at local time.
• ·Matching with five other members based on your personality fingerprint and neighborhood cluster.
• ·Venue selection, table booking, and conversation prompts.
• ·A dashboard at /me/<token> where you can manage your subscription, view past dinners, and cancel.

We are a curator + matchmaker. We are not a restaurant, a venue, or a hospitality provider. The food, drink, and service at any event are the responsibility of the host venue.

• ·The monthly price shown at checkout for your product and city — in India ₹1,999 (mixed and women-only tables), ₹3,999 (OddFounder) and ₹3,999 per couple (couples); in Singapore S$59 (mixed and women-only tables) and S$89 (OddFounder), charged in Singapore dollars. Billed at the start of each cycle. Covers up to 4 weekend events per cycle.
• ·First-cycle 30-day refund — if we do not seat you in your first 30 days, we refund in full.
• ·Cancel anytime — from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at end of current cycle. No partial refunds for the unused portion of a paid cycle.
• ·Your subscription auto-renews every month. You authorize a recurring mandate once at signup (via UPI AutoPay or card in India, by card in Singapore), and your monthly price is automatically charged at the start of each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no penalty, no retention call.
• ·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active members.

Full refund policy at /refund.

Your OddAfterWork membership includes 4 invites per subscription month (3–4 in your first month). Unused invites do not carry forward and expire when your 30–31 day (month) subscription ends. There are no exceptions.

If you believe you have a genuine reason for an extension, email us at hello@oddtables.com with the details. We'll consider valid requests individually, but approval isn't guaranteed.

• ·If you have cancelled your invite and wish to come at the last minute, you will have to inform us through WhatsApp. If you reach the venue after cancelling, you will not be able to be seated.
• ·If we change the venue 2–3 hours before the event and you decide not to come, we will not be able to offer any extension.

By accepting an invitation you agree to:

• ·Show up on time. We hold the table for 15 minutes.
• ·Pay your own bill at the venue. Tip if you feel like it.
• ·Treat the other five members with basic respect. No harassment, slurs, or aggressive behaviour.
• ·No phones on the table. No recording. No screen-shotting WhatsApp invites to outsiders.
• ·No promoting your business, side hustle, or MLM at the table.
• ·No romantic / sexual advances. Members meet partners sometimes — but oddtables is not a dating product. Treat the table accordingly.
• ·If you can't make it, change your RSVP to no before the cut-off: 2 PM on the day for mixed tables, 1 PM on the day for couples, and 8 PM the evening before for women-only and OddFounder lunches. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows lead to suspension.

We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund for:

• ·Three or more no-shows in a 90-day window.
• ·Any complaint from another member about harassment or aggression.
• ·Sharing your invitations or dashboard link with non-members.
• ·Using the platform to solicit, recruit, or sell.
• ·Providing false information at signup (fake ID, falsified age, etc.).

You may terminate your membership at any time by cancelling the subscription and emailing us to request data deletion. See /privacy.

oddtables curates introductions. It does not vouch for, supervise, or take responsibility for the conduct of any member at or after an event. Members participate at their own risk.

We do not warrant that any particular member, venue, or evening will meet your expectations. Our liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you have paid in subscription fees during the most recent 30 days.

Venue selection is based on our judgement of fit. We are not responsible for the quality of food, service, or facilities at any venue. Any food-safety, payment, or service issue at the venue is between you and the venue.

The oddtables name, wordmark, editorial design, and matching algorithm are the property of oddtables. You may not reproduce the design, copy our matching methodology, or use our brand without written permission.

Anything you write to us (feedback, post-dinner ratings, member quotes) may be quoted publicly — attributed only by first name and neighborhood — unless you ask us not to.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India. If you have a grievance, write to us first — we resolve almost everything by email.

If you are a member in Singapore, nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Singapore’s consumer-protection law.

OddAfterWork is a membership run by the same team as oddtables. Everything else in these terms applies to it. These points are added for OddAfterWork members.

• ·Tables. OddAfterWork tables are on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM, for about 90 minutes, at restaurants near office areas in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Delhi and Noida), Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune. Your invitation arrives on Sunday evening, and answers close on Tuesday at 2 PM.
• ·Who can join. OddAfterWork is for people in salaried work. You confirm your own work email with a six-digit code and give your own LinkedIn profile; once LinkedIn sign-in is available you connect your LinkedIn account too. One LinkedIn account and one work email can hold only one membership. OddAfterWork members do not upload a government ID.
• ·Your company. We use your work email to keep you away from people at your own company or group of companies. Your tablemates see your role, industry and years of experience. They see the name of your company only if you agree to show it.
• ·Keep your employer's secrets. You decide what you share. Do not share anything your employer requires you to keep confidential, including unpublished financial results or other price-sensitive information. Nothing said at an OddAfterWork table is investment, legal or tax advice.
• ·No recruiting or selling. Nobody pitches and nobody recruits at an OddAfterWork table. Do not use a table, the table chat or a meet-again introduction to recruit, to sell, or to collect contacts for your employer or anyone else.
• ·Meet-again introductions. After each table you can mark who you would meet again. If two members pick each other, each receives the other's LinkedIn profile link. A pick that is not returned is never shared.
• ·Price and renewal. ₹1,999 a month, ₹4,999 for 3 months or ₹8,999 for 6 months, incl. GST. The membership covers up to four Wednesday tables a month. The dinner bill is not included: each member pays for what they order at the restaurant. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel from your dashboard, and the period already paid runs to its end. There is no pause.
• ·First tables. If you join by 7 PM on Sunday 29 November 2026, your first table is on Wednesday 2 December 2026 and your paid period starts with the invitation for it. If we cannot seat you at a table that day, we refund your payment in full.
• ·We do not quote you. Section 8 lets us quote member feedback. We never quote anything an OddAfterWork member writes to us or says at a table.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active members via WhatsApp at least 14 days in advance. Continued membership after a change constitutes acceptance.
